Had a hole develop in our hot water tank while away for the weekend. After the 25m3 of water was removed from the basement we had Blue Ribbon install a replacement. Was very impressed with the installation!Also had them install a clothes dryer natural gas line while they were available and was pleased with that installation as well.
Mike and team helped us with phenomenal service this week. We have used Blue Ribbon for a variety of issues and installs over last number of years. I honestly don't know if they are the cheapest at all, this is a bit secondary to me when comes to plumbing. I just know the job will be done right and I have a high degree of confidence and satisfaction.
Excellent experience, we had Shanahen out as we have a line backing up, the indepth scope of the line with video and info given was extremely helpful. We now have a clear idea on what we need to do. Well worth the cost, as the knowledge and expertise was evident. I often see people upset at quote vs acutal cost but growing up in contruction, I know sometimes things are more complicated once we start the job but Shanahen's step by step explaination of everything helped us to understand the entire issue. We were given options and overall, very happy with the service. Note: I had to edit for spelling because apparently I can't spell on the weekend.
