I’ve been bringing my little boy Dip-Dip to Black Collar Society for a couple years now and he absolutely loves it, he can barely contain his excitement when I tell him where we’re going. The staff's passion for dogs is clear, and their attention to cleanliness and safety is impeccable. We traveled from out of province with our 6 month old german shepard. Employees went above and beyond to work with her and incorporate her into the pack. On her first day she was terrified to go in but by day 2 she basically pulled my husband into the building and went straight to staff. They even sent us pictures and videos of her playing. Highly recommend ?

Our dog Lucy had a great experience with Black Collar. The staff was very considerate and were kind enough to provide daily updates to give our family peace of mind that she was doing well. We’ll definitely use them again in the future.
