However, there have been concerns about inconsistent water pressure in the wash bays, with some customers expressing frustration when their cars did not come clean. While most staff are friendly and helpful, there have been reports of rudeness from one employee. Nevertheless, some staff members, like Miss Q, have been recognized for their patience and friendliness, going above and beyond to assist customers. Good enough car wash but a bit more expensive than the gas stations in the area. The only thing that wasn't ideal was that my car was still wet even after driving slowly through the dryers.
A very decent facility. I ended up buying a $40 prepaid card that actually credited me with an additional $10 for a total of $50... which will ultimately be used. I can't recall if there's an expiry date on the card. Only thing I don't see here that's usually offered elsewhere is a rainbow colored foam that you'd apply after cleaning. Color coat???? I don't can't recall the actual name of this products. But it's a well run facility that's clean. Only weird thing is the the front counter isn't manned all the time. Only when someone approaches the counter and you have to wait for someone to come down from upstairs. That's weird. Why not man the front counter all the time?...read full review
The guy
who has been there the past few months has been doing great to keep the stalls clean. He also seems to be on top of everything. I appreciate how they let you quickly wipe the vehicle down and one time, he politely asked me to wrap it up as cars showed up in line.
