Visited here a couple times for advice on tablets and cell phone plans. Apparently upon first visit I was told they don't provide phone plans at all by whoever was at the door and so I left. Next visit they were advertising it? Need the staff at the front door to be a little more wary about customer questions and provide better information lol

My parents had an issue with their computer that I could not figure out Brought it into best buy and a guy named Matt at geeksquad was so kind and patient with us. He figure it out and did not cost as much as we thought it could be. Thank you!

I’m extremely disappointed by this experience. We went to the West Hills Town Center Best Buy just after 7:00 pm on Boxing Day to return a computer and pick up a replacement that had already been purchased online. Before leaving, we checked online and Best Buy clearly states that items can be returned on Boxing Day. Despite that, we were told in-store that “no returns are being processed today.” The store was not busy, with dozens of employees standing around, yet we were given excuses that directly contradicted Best Buy’s own policy. It was frustrating and inconvenient to make a winter trip for something that should have taken minutes.... read full review
