Fantastic experience at his store, VRAJ and sahil was amazing they helped us many time Customer service was absolutely fantastic, knew tons about the different options and was super patient as we went through them all. Some staff here are super helpful and others greatly lack customer service skills. I simply wanted to switch out a defective product and 3 out of the 4 employees were very helpful and the other one completely ruined the experience.
I'd like to express my sincere gratitude for the great professional service that I've received from the Geek Squad department at the Best Buy, Westhills Towne Centre. In particular, I was lucky to meet there two very competent and friendly people, Happy and Spencer, who have correctly diagnosed the issues with my disabled laptop and have managed to bring it back to life promptly and effectively.
