Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Harry, was incredibly receptive professional and able to identify what I needed concisely and efficiently while still maintaining an excellent personability. I bought a gaming PC from here. And a ps5 pro and a 75 inch tv They set everything up for me on my pc and made sure that everything was good to go and comfortable as soon as I got home. I'm very impressed with this store's service. I highly recommend best buy to anybody over any competitor been shopping with best buy for over 20 years ??

Ordered an item online for pickup. Got a confirmation email that item was ready for pickup. Showed up to store and they cancelled the order because it wasn't available. When I asked for help locating the item at other locations, I was told they could not help. Incredibly frustrating experience
