The West Springs location is awesome, especially with the vehicle chairs that kids can sit in and the TV screens to distract them (which I think they all have). All the hairdressers are friendly and do a great job. We consistently use Brenda and Olena ("O-lenna") and they are wonderful and cater to any noise sensitivities, which has helped so much! And their hair art abilities are impressive! There are a lot of accessories and fun toys and hair products (like coloured hair spray) that are also available. Highly recommended for a fast, efficient, comfortable and well done kids haircut!

I have been using this location for 13 years for my son who has Autism. The team are always very accommodating to his ever-changing needs and provide many supports to make the process as easy as possible on him. They are my lifesavers!!!! Thank you ladies.

Took the kids here for the very first time. We had such a great experience. My daughter got the total package and some type of feathers in her hair. It looks so good! And my son got a standard cut.The hair dressers were great, they took their time and had a lot of patience, very pleased!There is a mini ball pit, this was great while we were waiting for my daughter to finish!!We will definitely be back.
