My family has been going to beacon hill physio for years. The staff is friendly, and Pam is amazing and very knowledgeable during treatment. She takes her time to explain things and show different ways to improve pain management. Would highly recommend going here if u are in need of a great physiotherapist. The clinic also offers massages!
Dr. Jerry, the Physiotherapist, is beyond amazing. Not only he's knowledgeable and very generous with his treatment and time. He is very compassionate and considerate of your concerns even if you don't voice them out loud. He is also Super kind with his staff and generous with providing them knowledge and training.I have gone to a few physiotherapists in the past that were good. But no one compares to Dr. Jerry to be honest. He is even better than the Sport Physician I went to for my broken toe. I saw Jerry the physiotherapist last Friday and he helped me immensely with my left arm which was in so much pain, plus I could not move it.He said I had frozen shoulder. Acupuncture , ultrasound, light therapy and cupping were done to help relieve the tension.I felt lightheaded from the acupuncture which has never happened to me but Jerry was kind and got some candy and water for me right away. He was always checking to make sure I was ok during therapy.Two days later I was able to move my arm about 75%. The pain has subsided.Thank you Jerry :)
