We recently had some work done by Bath Fitter Calgary. I initially called the main Calgary number and was treated very pleasantly by Heather. She is so nice. Then Jared came out to do some work on my tub and wow what a nice guy. I was very impressed in the high-quality interactions and customer service. I was quite pleased with the work and efforts that he did. I will be definitely passing this onto my friends.
Extremely impressed from the initial contact with the customer phone rep to Steve for the quote through to Albert for the installation. Steve kept within my budget, did not try to upsell and worked within my time schedule. Albert was the consummate professional, explained what he was doing every step of the way, was meticulous, answered the questions that I had and left not a trace of dust behind. Literally a no hassle job from start to finish.
