Vono hands down made this the best massage experience of my life. Both from a skill and result stand point. What really did it for me was the conversation, generally I stay pretty quiet during these but the guy has the most beautiful and healing attitude on life. 100% recommend.

I recently had the most incredible massage experience at BALANCE (massage & wellness), and I can't recommend it enough! Everything about my visit was perfect. The staff were incredibly accommodating, ensuring that every aspect of my visit was comfortable and relaxing. The ambiance of the spa was so soothing, setting the perfect tone for a truly relaxing experience.My massage therapist, Vono, was an absolute gem. I was booked in for a massage at another spa, when I got there they messed up my entire service and had me booked in for something completely different. At this point I was pissed, that’s when I walked out and gave Balance a call, the gentleman, was very kind and courteous on the phone and although this was after 2pm, he consulted with one of his Therapist whose name was Vono, who was willing to take me at 430pm.
