Unfortunately we have been with this corrupted company for YEARS but now that we need to use our insurance we’re trapped. Worst insurance company ever. They use the cheapest possible shops - which we know what will happen next- our car is with their horrible shop for TWO MONTHS and no one is even taking the responsibility. I’ll definitely change them after or if we get our car back!!! What a shame. And NO I’ll not fill ANY complaint form the same as what you suggested to other complaints!!!! Because it goes NOWHERE.
I feel it is important to share my experience with Aviva general Insurance. After many years of being a loyal customer, insuring both my home and two vehicles, I was extremely surprised by their recent actions. Despite having no claims and making all my payments on time, my policy was canceled without any prior notice. They claim they sent a document months ago that required my signature, but I never received it. I rely on automatic renewals, and this sudden cancellation left me without coverage. Jacked up our rates 46% on our latest renewal on a house and three cars with no claims ever. Proceeded to try and charge us a 600 fee to cancel our coverage after we'd already made our last payment. Hour long wait times, horrible customer service and company policies. The worst part is if you talk to 10 people you'll get ten different answers.
