My experience only .Two female adjusters worked on my case were good, communicated with me and finalized my case in a reasonable time frame. Two male adjusters that handle my case were terribly bad. They ignored multiple emails, voice messages and phone calls from me made me feel that they didn't care about their customers. One of them is a 100% lier, never followed what he promised. Another was in the office, but his voice machine told caller he's still away from the office for some time.
Dealing with this two liers makes me sick, now I'm looking for leaving Aviva even okay to pay higher rate and I will never come back if this two are still in the office. I will...read full review
Brutal experience with this company. We had our boat insured with them and the boat experienced damage during a really bad Okanagan Lake storm.
We contacted them on June 4, 2025 to begin the claim process. A certain individual at their office never answered phone calls despite at least 20 calls into the office. We finally connected and they took their time with processing the claim.
On August 8, TWO MONTHS AFTER submitting the claim, we were rejected. Now, it's not that we were rejected (most insurance companies refuse to pay out), it's the fact that it took TWO MONTHS for them to get back to us.
