The customer service here is outstanding. I would describe it as attentive with care. I've only had spa services and they are truly the best providers I've ever been to. I'm very new customer and I will be back for more!

Jessica is an amazing and knowledgeable laser technician! She explains the process and is so kind , appointments are relaxed, comfortable and fly by! I have also been going to Munira for my eye brow threading and trust me after shopping around with many eyebrow shops; Munira creates the best natural brow! Thanks to both great gals and great service!?

Danielle did such an amazing job bringing my blonde hair back to life. I had previously been going to a different salon, although the last time I had got my hair done I could barely notice a difference with the colour. After my consult with Danielle I was very reassured about the process, she was very informative and explained everything very clearly as I'm not an expert in hair. After my first appointment she brightened it up tremendously, my hair looks amazing and it doesn't feel nearly as dry or dead as usual after getting it lightened! I am so thankful for finding Danielle and will now be switching over to ÇaVaBien for all my haircuts/colour. Thank you!

I’ve been coming to Ca Va Bien, for over 15 years the quality of products, the procedures and the service is by far the best in Calgary and would compete with any spa in North America! From the time you enter the doors to leaving the staff takes extra great care to make you feel your best. Special mention to Munira for her facials and threading, Heather for her manicure and pedicures and Sonia at the front desk!! Highly highly highly recommend!!

Just a heads up to anyone wanting to book, they no longer have prices on their website unless you click the "book online," and even then they don't really tell you how much the service will cost. They also used to have varying prices dependent on which aesthetician you book with and they don't mention whether that's still occurring. Overall very confusing and vague. Their total client experience used to be impeccable however, I do not like that transparency is no longer part of the company; and I've been coming here for over a decade.

So my wifey and I went for a Pedicure. Her treat so even better. She had Heather I had Tamara. Well what an AMAZING experience they did such a fabulous job and I’ve never had a pedicure like this before. They need a 10 out of 5 review

My mom and I had facials last week. We were overcharged according to posted rates. My mom has emailed about this and received no response. As well, my appointment time was changed without notification to me and I sat for over 30 minutes with no offer of refreshments, service, explanation. Very sad and disappointing service as this used to be an excellent place for spa treatments. The aestheticians themselves are excellent but the attentiveness beyond that has gone downhill.

Kate is a true master at her craft! I am growing my hair back from scratch and Kate is knowledgeable, professional and amazing with short hair. She’s patient with my sensitive scalp and the process and I feel SO good knowing we have a “plan”. She really is one in a million…Thanks Kate!
