Darren was very responsive to our request for a residential repair job. He responded on the same day and arranged a home visit later in the day. He was able to provide an assessment of what needed to be done and provide a quote within a day. Circumstances changed and we did not need the repair anymore, but this is to say that Darren seems quite responsive and reliable.
