Everything was perfect from the initial measurement to the surprise gift basket at the end. Larry (estimator) seemed to know exactly what he was stalking about and I knew there would be no surprises going into the project. Alex (installer) was friendly and professional and the final product looks amazing. He even took care of an issue in the washroom where the tub was raised higher off the ground than expected by finishing off with a custom vinyl piece so we didn’t have to worry about it. The did.a fantastic job matching the existing floor as well. I will never go back to a big box store like Home Depot for flooring again.
We recently moved to Calgary and selected Alberta Hardwood Flooring to update the floors in our new house. This included hardwood, carpet and tile across 3 floors.
Overall, really satisfied how everything came out. There were some hiccups along the way but that was to be expected as is always the case during a renovation, especially on a tight deadline during the holiday season.
Aden was quick to get to the house for a quote so we could get things moving given a short possession period. He was able to work within our budget and we were really happy with the selections. It was a lot of materials to pick out and he helped make the process... read full review
We are late in getting this review in. Brenley was so helpful when we began looking for our main floor flooring. Her suggestions were perfect and we were able to get our floors done in a timely fashion. Thang and his partner were fabulous and even showed up earlier than expected on Reno day! They did are wonderful job and Brenley followed up well also. We are so grateful for this positive experience. We would 100% recommend Alberta hardwood Flooring.
