Adirection Pilates

I’ve mostly worked with Adriana, who has been guiding me through Pilates sessions for about 7 years now, as I deal with spine issues in my neck and lower back. It’s important to me to have an instructor who understands my issues and will tailor my sessions to how I feel on the day. With her education and training, she always knows which moves will work to help continue my strengthening and flexibility without hurting me in the process. I use to have Pilates class with Adriana in Brazil. Great teacher and professional. Classes were very dinamic and funcional to my own needs. I strogly recomend it.

I’ve been training with Adriana throughout my pregnancy and I absolutely love it. Every session is a good combo with warmup, followed by work on reformer/cadilac, and end with a good stretch. Highly recommend if you’d like some intensity in your training.
