I am so excited that my back pain is almost gone after only 1 session with Dr Jen ! I will be coming back to get my knee issues sorted out as well, and keep working on moving forward pain free.

Everyone at Active Sports Therapy has been great, phone and front counter staff are very helpful and Helen has given me some fabulous treatments and exercises to relieve my shoulder pain.

I generally have not had much success with chiropractors over the years, instead moving to physiotherapy most of the time. Dr.James @ AST has now helped tremendously with a second significant issue in the past couple years. Rather than just administering standard chiropractor techniques, Dr. James took the time to understand the real source of the issue, and use whatever techniques he felt could impact the issue best. I especially appreciated that he sends me home with specific things I can do for self follow ups.
