Amazing clinic. I injured my hamstring and attended sessions with Mallory and those were very productive. She is highly knowledgeable, explains the exercises clearly, and is consistently attentive and supportive throughout your recovery process. I'd definitively recommend AST if you are in need of injury therapy. The facilities are high quality and the entire staff provides professional and courteous service.
