I called after seeing they had a convenient location to me, and I was able to book a same day appointment, which was fantastic. I got fashion colour, cut, and style, exactly as I asked for. The colours are gorgeous, and the cut is perfect. I couldn't be happier. Thank you, Itty, for working with me and my hair!
I had the pleasure of seeing Olivia today and she was wonderful :) You can tell she is a lovely, caring person, and as someone who has had a couple of poor experiences with hair dressers which left my confidence quite low, she was quite the opposite. She did a terrific job with me today and I will be seeing her now for my future hair appointments.
I went into the salon needing help after I had tried to dye my hair at home, and it went horribly wrong. Kim and Megan came to my rescue. They worked together wonderfully as a team. My hair came out looking even better than I could ever imagine! Before I went in, every time I looked in the mirror it was a jump scare due to my mistake. Now I feel so confident and beautiful!
