As a first time home buyer, having Hamid as our inspector was an absolute pleasure. Our original inspector had to cancel our appointment while we were already at the property. We are from Banff and had to make extra effort driving to Calgary on a bad snowy day. Hamid took over on a last minute request without hesitation and literally save our day. He was very detailed oriented and took his time explaining to us all the advantages/disadvantages he saw while inspecting the whole house. He also provided tips on what to do/how to prevent future possible problems that may occur. Not only that, our well detailed report was already ready after less than 5 hours.
