Diagnosis while i waited, but when it took a while, they let me know so i could run some errands. While waiting had a pleasant conversation with receptionist. These guys were straight with me, knew what they were talking about, and found my problem. I will go back to them in the future.

I found them to be very responsive to my personal needs. The laptop had to be replaced and the Senior Tech William spent two hours assisting me in every way possible. My computer skills are very limited but he did not let that get in the way. No question was to minor and he spent more time than normal to make sure I was totally satisfied. A great company to deal with and very personal and friendly. No problem to small. Thank you very much.

I got a problem with my laptop camera and i brought to the shop this morning. They checked for me just second and made it camera opened but they didn't charge me even a single cents. Thank you for your great job.
