This is my favorite salon! What a wonderful experience I had from the moment I walked through the door. The peaceful, soul-restoring salon was sunny from the sunshine pouring through the windows and sunny from the incredibly welcoming warmth of Noreen and her staff. I was treated like both family and royalty! The cut I received to my bangs and bob was superb—a precision cut that looked outstanding immediately and for many weeks. These people are masters of hair! And they’ve created a homey, extraordinary place you love to go to and wish you could stay.

I am very lucky to have had Trina as my coach. I had a injury my hipflexor and lower abs. After fysio I still needed help with the recovery and she was awesome. Very training was targeting the same muscles but in various ways. It always surprised me and the recovery is almost done. Trina and her kids will motivate you. If you need to get fit, stronger or are just looking for advice with healthy food or a chance in lifestyle this is your place to be. A friendly gym where nobody judges you and where you will become stronger.

This shop is amazing! They fixed a repair another shop made a complete mess of. The former shop wanted me to buy the same item off AMAZON (unnecessarily), then charge double (again) what Fired Up charged to fix the shoddy workmanship. The other work they did is great. The atmosphere is comfortable. I trust this shop. Great work at reasonable rates. What is not to love?
