I had a Signature Hydrafacial + Dermaplaning with Emma and had a really nice experience. My skin looked fresh and glowy afterward, and the whole appointment felt relaxing and personalized. The cozy lounge and hot chocolate at the end were a lovely touch. Definitely a 10/10 experience!
Remedy was very warm and welcoming when I first arrived. I was a little early so I was directed to the waiting lounge until my appointment. Jessica collected me from the waiting room with a warm welcome and introduction as this was my first visit. We chatted through what I was looking for and Jessica was very thorough and kind. I had have previous issues with waxing my eyebrows and was comfortable with Jessica having this conversation. She took very good care and checked in with me during our appointment. I felt heard and understood, so I thank her for that!
Emma gave me the best experience .The atmosphere was calming, and the treatment itself was incredibly relaxing. My skin looks brighter and feels deeply hydrated. Highly recommend for anyone needing a little self-care.
