I can confidently say that my massage with Rachel was the best I've ever had. Every second of my full body and scalp massage was absolute bliss. The treatment provided me with a total nervous system reset and I left with full body tingles for 20 minutes after the massage ended.

I've visited twice now and each time has been a fantastic experience. From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed, the waiting area is also lovely - perfect for settling in before massage/treatment. I'd also like to give a shout out to RMT Alana - each massage/treatment i've had from her has been amazing. She's incredibly mindful and very skilled - I come away feeling relaxed and refreshed!

I am so pleased to have found this place whilst in Banff. Beautiful atmosphere, has a lovely energy. Massage itself was fantastic. Felt incredibly relaxed afterwards. Aaron did my massage so can highly recommend him.
