So amazing! The spa is clean, well decorated, relaxing, well kept, and the staff are all amazing! Check in was easy, the staff super friendly, and the couples massage we had was so relaxing and amazing - a much needed treat after a few days of hiking and exploring the area. Anytime we visit Banff we’ll be making a stop here!

This is long overdue and every time we visit I promise I will leave a review because we love Cedar + Sage Spa so much. We are regular visitors of the spa. We discovered it shortly after they opened and have been visiting for around 10 years now. Every visit gets even better. Amie and her team have created a space that feels not only like coming home, but instantly relaxes you the moment you arrive. From the curated essential oil blends used (and diffused), to the customized tea that is served pre/post treatments and the hot towels recently added, (which are incredible). Truly the Best Massage We’ve Ever Had
Some places overhype their ratings, but not Cedar & Sage. My wife and I both agree this was literally the best massage we’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, the team listened to every need and tailored the experience perfectly to what we were looking for. No cookie-cutter routine, no upselling, no fluff. Just an incredibly thoughtful, therapeutic experience that left us both feeling deeply relaxed and cared for. If you’re in Banff and looking for real quality without the gimmicks, this is the place.
