Anant is THE BEST!!! I saw her while I was pregnant and just had my first postpartum appointment with her. She has helped me so much with my posture and pelvic floor control as well as incontinence control! Postpartum I was TERRIFIED of my pelvic floor, birth was so traumatic and even getting the okay from my midwife I didn't feel particularly comfortable with anyone or thing near my pelvic floor. I am SO glad that I saw Anant recently, she made me feel SO comfortable in my own skin again and not afraid of my pelvic floor at all. I was nervous when my doctor suggested pelvic floor physio. However, Anant is absolutely wonderful, and put me at ease the moment I walked in the door. Her education and help has been invaluable.

Just had one visit and so far so good! Anant is incredibly knowledgable, but more than that she is really warm and easy to feel comfortable with which makes all the difference in such sensitive physio therapy such as this! She has so far been very thorough and holistic in her approach and I have already come away with so much more understanding and I look forward to seeing my progress.
