We needed our buckled carpet repaired and we contacted Chateau Flooring for help. Although they had not installed this 5 year old carpet, they recommended one of their best repair technicians to come fix our carpet. Denis was prompt and extremely knowledgeable having been in this business for over 30 years. The carpet had originally been poorly installed which necessitated it be completely pulled up and reinstalled. The fee Denis charged was not enough for the many hours of work he put in. Grant installed 2 bedrooms with carpet (also removed the old carpet) and was able to eliminate most of the floor squeaks all in 6 hours.
