Today, we were driving from Alaska and heading to Haines Junction when my husband figured out he lost our camper keys. It was already 0400pm when we realized it. Husband called locksmith services to find out if they can help us out, knowing that they will be closed at 0500pm by the time we reach Whitehorse. Luckily, the gentleman on the line told my husband to go to their shop, and they will help us out. We reached the shop at 0530pm, and without any doubt, he checked our camper, tried to open the doors, and finally, got the things he needed to make us a new key!

I have a reasonable baseline knowledge of locks, and I really appreciate the customer service they provide. For small tasks like ordering filing cabinet key replacements, they keep them in stock and cut them on the spot. When I disassembled my car ignition lock, they were helpful giving advice.

A human answered the phone locally which is a rarity these days, and then said they can fit me in today for a re-key. Couple hours later they were done. Gotta love fast dependable skilled local business!
