“Got a MoovAir heat pump from them, advertised to go to -35C before needing backup heat. That was not my case, it was -40C before the backup heat had to kick in.
Danny and his crew were amazing, he informed me that I can get YG to pay directly and I would only have to pay the difference and that was the deposit. They did an amazing job on the install, and more importantly, they did a great job cleaning up after themselves too!!! I didn't have to clean up a single thing after they were done.
There was minor hiccup, but nothing major, an item was out of stock, but they put in a temp 5kW backup until the 8 kW was in town.
Spoke with Ross and Scott, they were both exceptionally helpful.
There can sometimes be a delay in a response, but they are very very busy, but they always do get back to you. It's usually a 1-3 day delay at most.
I'm very happy with the quality of their work, they take great pride in doing the job correctly, and it shows!!!“
