They came out a few hours later as they said they would and after a few hours and a great deal of patience and determination they tracked the issue down to a shorted GFCI cause by a water leak from the hot water heater. They repaired the issue and advised to have a plumber repair the hot water heater. The team that assisted was very polite and very helpful.“
