I would highly recommend Zell, from the very first day with getting the estimate from Jackson until the last day when the work was done the people were very knowledgeable and helpful. The installers especially (Levi) would answer any all questions I had. We had all the old galvanized plumbing removed, new tankless water heater, old heating system replaced and air conditioning added. They had to remove all the old duct work, water tank and water pipes. Everything was removed and they left a nice clean sight. They made sure everything was working properly before they left. My furnace quit and Zell heating came and looked at it. It had got damaged from my water softener exploding next to it. They got it running but then quit the next day. They sent pictures of the damage inside the furnace to my insurance company. Upon that, my insurance company paid to buy me another furnace. Today they installed a new furnace for me. Jackson was very caring about getting me heat with the cold front coming in. I want to thank Zell heating and plumbing for acting so fast to get me heating and installing my furnace.

Zell has saved my day on more than one occasion. They quickly responded to my boiler when it quit working in the middle of winter. They had the problem resolved quickly. They provided excellent customer service and communication. I am so grateful for them.
