Had an emergency visit for a seeping mass that turned out to be cancerous on our chocolate lab. Set up an appointment for X-rays & removal of the mass and requested to be put on a cancellation list. There was a cancellation and the procedure was moved up 2 weeks. Dr. reviewed X-rays, many questions and allowed plenty of time to discuss the operation with my husband. Dr. called me after the procedure was done and allowed me to pick her up after clinic hours due to my work schedule. Would recommend this animal hospital over and over again. Grateful for all the communication and ability to adjust to my schedule!
We were in the area and needed to get our dog in for a check up and they were able to get us in and took care of everything we needed done. Thank you for taking care of my sweet girl Manea!!
Dr. Lisa and the staff of BAH are exceptional. My old paint horse had a quick onset of various symptoms during Thanksgiving and Dr. Lisa remained available through the weekend for haul in visits and phone calls. Her knowledge and advice were a guiding light. The kindness from the entire staff left me feeling super thankful during a stressful few days. I am pleased to say my horse is back to feeling himself!
