Rooms are small with dated accoutrement. Service was lacking, if I’m paying full price I expect everything to be open as stated on the website. When this is brought up, I expect a manager to address it satisfactorily. The location is stunning, but in the late summer, Jackson proper might be a better spot. The heated pool area was nice, swimming outdoors in the snow is magical. Overall for a four star hotel, it was lacking. It’s a three star hotel with the potential for a fourth.Rooms: Too small to accommodate a full size suitcase at the foot of the bed. October 14, 2023. My wife and I stayed 8-nights at the Snake River Resort and Spa at Teton Village in Jackson Hole WY. The staff were amazing. Ms Campbell the Operations Manager was very gracious in helping us change rooms to better meet our needs. Matthew who worked the front desk was always friendly and very helpful throughout our extended stay. David served as the Valet and shared his local knowledge about the area attractions in Tetons National Park and Yellowstone. We had a wonderful stay here and would stay again. Very nice lodge with great atmosphere and close proximity to Grand Teton. Price was high for a standard room - would recommend trying to book when rates are low. But the room was clean and amenities were nice including the pool and restaurant. Waited a bit for our food but staff was very friendly.Nearby activities: So close to Grand Teton National Park!
