Totally a 100% satisfied experience. Trust me (I’ve been on the planet for over 6 decades) - they stand behind their work. Actually, to a degree I’d correctly label: unheard of these days. Their service manager Brady Varner, was on the job at our home in Sheridan, WY … they promoted the right man for this position. We just got lucky he was here performing his fastidious and thoughtful work. And it took some deeper thinking and amazing (re)-engineering to solve our furnace error code issue.
