So amazing! When I walked in, Sierra was so kind and welcoming. She was so kind to my golden. They did a phenomenal job grooming her. She looked like a whole new dog when I picked her up!
The reviews are spot on!!! We were traveling thru Sheridan and needed our 4 month toy poodle trimmed. The salon was clean with lots of natural light in the room. This was our pups 2nd time being groomed and they said he was perfect and sweet!!! I liked how they don't want the dogs sitting in the kennels for a long period of time before you pick them up. Their prices are reasonable and the girls really care about your fur baby. If we come thru the area again, we will definitely make an appointment.
When I moved to the area I did like most people do and relied on Google reviews to choose various services in town. Knotty Salon gets rave reviews, so I decided to give them a shot. Now I know why people rave about Sierra! Wow! First of all, as a person she is so sweet and upbeat. My dogs *love her*! They just prance right in, no hesitation. They are Shelties, and a very intuitive and sensitive breed. If the vibe between human and dog is not there, it will show and they will become stressed. Not the case here!
