I received a prompt call back and they were able to schedule me quickly before the problem escalated further. Randy was accommodating and explained everything thoroughly, letting me know what my options were without talking down to me as can sometimes happen with service calls. I will definitely be using 307 Plumbing in the future, highly recommended.

Our kitchen flooded the week of Christmas and 307 Plumbing was recommended to us by our cleaning company. We tried a few other companies first, who were booked out. Kevin immediately came to our place and helped diagnose the issue. They were stuck waiting on our insurance company to give approval for the repair, but once we had the ok to proceed they had a team up the same day. These guys helped us get the use of our kitchen back on a holiday week and followed up with one last repair with parts they didn’t have and stores were close.
