Orlie's Refrigeration & Heating is one of the better contractors in town, offering excellent service, fast arrival, and fair pricing for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. They always get the job done, fast and efficient, covering a wide range of jobs from duct cleaning and garage heater repairs to complete furnace replacements. One customer found them online after Home Depot's local contractor never called, and Orlie's came out when they said they would, gave a prompt bid, and installed a new furnace in under 4 hours, including cleanup. Another customer had a great experience when their son's AC unit quit; an Orlie's technician happily sold them a capacitor and even checked the old one to confirm it was bad, making a family happy and comfortable. The company also saved the day on a Sunday morning, fixing a furnace in 20-30 minutes when it was zero degrees outside and 53 inside, at a very reasonable price. The only downside is that it can be difficult to get a hold of them, but they are highly recommended for their service and support of the local community.
After deciding to replace my furnace, I decided to use Home Depot. They said they would get their local contractor to call me. They never bothered to call. Home Depot did, but not their local contractor.
I found Orlies Refrigeration and Heating online and called them. They came out when the said they would, they did get my 23 yr old furnace running but did agree it was on it's last legs.
They gave me the bid to replace the furnace promptly.
They arrived on time to replace the furnace and had it installed, including cleanup in under 4 hours.
I would recommend them.
One of the better contractors in town. They always get the job done, fast and efficient. Does a wide range of jobs for a fair price. Only downside is that it's difficult to get a hold of these guys. Good luck getting to them after all 100 calls + voicemails
My son's air-conditioning unit quit this weekend. I did some research and found out the capacitor was bad. I made some calls and went to a few places but I couldn't find one in RS or GR. I was in the parking lot of the GR ACE Hardware about to order one from Amazon. I looked over and saw Orlie's van parked next to the ice machine he was working on. I walked over and showed the guy the part I needed and asked if he had one he could sell me.
He picked up the part off his seat and told me the price.
He even checked mine to make sure it was bad.
