Jacquelynn at Great Clips in Rock Springs is phenomenal! I travel 2 hours so she can cut my hair, my husband’s hair and our kids hair. Very accommodating and takes the time to understand what you want and help you find the products that will work for your hair.

Mackenzie is the heart and soul of this store. She is always so welcoming when it to other costumers, coworkers, ect… I appreciate every visit I am there. Store is always in great shape, product stocked and faced. I’ll always recommend this store to who ever needs a quick, affordable, and amazing hospitality hair cut.

In and out in 5? No. Story review: 1 STAR beginning to a 5 STAR ending. My husband, aka repeat customer, (location is convenient and accepts walk-ins) scheduled an appointment with SHELBY, a careless hair tech, who doesn't even comb her own hair, and completely botched his hair. After leaving the store to go home and style his hair, he found the mess of a " NOT SO GREAT CLIP, but absolutely horrible." thanks Shelby for ruining it. How did you ever receive hair stylist of the month?? Let it be known that it was due to quanity over quality. You should resign if your goal is to not give great clips!
