I have called Drummond for multiple appliance repairs and every time, they have been prompt, courteous and professional. Eric takes the time to explain exactly what needs to be fixed and often makes the repair same-day. If he has to order a part, he will provide a cost estimate and timeline, and then follow up as soon as it arrives. Couldn't ask for anything more!
My less than 2 year old Samsung dryer stopped working, and they sent Mike out the same day to take a look at it. I didn't expect it to be fixed that day because having parts on hand isn't common, but he diagnosed the problem, fixed it and had me up and running in a little over an hour. Very happy with the service, but a word to the wise, don't EVER buy Samsung Appliances. Our whole house had them (a total of 5 appliances) and the dryer is the 4th to go down in under 2 years.
Always pleased with Drummond, every time I contact them for something! They seem to always find the issue and get it resolved for me in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend them. Thank you for all you do for Rawlins!
