The last 5 years I have been having major shoulder issues. I am sure my joints and muscle structure are deteriorating...I am over 60 and was never a wallflower! I have gone to several massage therapists and then a friend gave me a birthday massage certificate. That was the first time I had gone to Liz Allen. I was amazed at the results from her deep tissue massage. I go once a month and she does wonders every time...definitely a keeper?

Liz does a great massage! I’ve been going to her for a couple of years and plan to continue. She is attentive to my needs; always asks what’s going on with me and if there is any area I’d like her to focus on; is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend a Liz massage.

Liz is hands down my favorite massage therapist! I haven’t gone anywhere else since seeing her. She’s always professional, friendly, and is so knowledgeable! I also love the space she has, it’s quiet and a very comfortable & welcoming atmosphere. Cannot recommend her enough!
