I have never had to repeat myself to her. She is on top of it, and once you do business with her you will be wishing every company had a Bethany to work with. It’s astonishing especially in this area. This company does not operate in slow motion. As far as the crew goes, I am extremely allergic to mold and have a suppressed immune system. The crew saved my health. They did everything. They documented and removed every piece of contaminated property after getting rid of the brown water that was covering 856 square feet of our house. I was breathing freely without an inhaler in a few days, and didn’t have to lift a finger. When it backed up 3 more times after they cleaned - they just kept cleaning. Every member of the crew has a good work ethic and takes care of a problem when it happens instead of staring at it. You do not have to micro manage them. Insurance has been a total nightmare with the payment, but Hunter Clean Care has been patient and understanding. Customer service is unmatched, work ethic is evident and attention is paid to every detail. Someone on the crew even made a tiny mistake, and immediately told me and fixed it! We are extremely impressed, and when you’re dealing with a NIGHTMARE of raw sewage in your kids rooms, and insurance that doesn’t want to pay it’s a blessing to be taken care and impressed beyond belief with at least one of the companies involved. “I don’t know where to begin other than by saying thank you! My health has been slowly degrading and it the most recent month my boyfriend drew the concern that mold or something in our home was causing our issues. We suffered for 3 weeks thinking we had encountered a new strain of Covid or some other virus we were infected with. My boyfriend inspected the house and suspected mold but wasn’t positive, he contacted Klean Kare to bring us reassurance. Even though they were extremely busy, JJ who I believe was the owner came after hours and performed an initial inspection and talked with my boyfriend. He mentioned the same thing my boyfriend had in reference to not being able to tell right off the bat. He recommended doing some tests of the air quality and areas we were seeing to bring us closer to a resolution. Even though he had a full calendar he saw the severity of our issues and acted immediately. After the first tests he called recommending we perform additional tests in our crawl space. Mold testing wasn’t cheap, so we were trying to remain modest but our health was our priority so we trusted his expert opinion. A week later after our lab results came back he contacted us immediately. Every possible air pollutant was detected at the hazardous level including every form of mold. We were just as much relieved as we were stressed but we cannot thank him enough for supporting us in this matter. With me being asthmatic my health has degraded tremendously and I was even hospitalized for the issues. I can say simply that if it had not been for Klean Kare my boyfriend would have eventually become single again, that is if he survived!
