I am extremely impressed with the quality and speed of their service. They gave me a quote after checking the size of rooms, stairs, etc. I had them perform a couple repairs to areas of carpet that were missing or frayed and they did a fantastic job on the repairs. You could not see the area if you did not know it was there. I also got to visit their shop and found out they have a beautiful, clean and spacious facility where they actually lay out your rug and clean and dry it in their facility. you want some guy who doesn't know what theyre doing and will ruin your carpet or do you want Glenn Nalley, who's been doing this since he was 10 and won't quit the job till it's done right? (I'd go with Glenn)
