I freaking love ELF! She is so up to date on the newest techniques and she does beautiful work! I also find that I end up looking for more tattoo ideas just so we can meet up and BS. She works in her shop alone so it is a relaxed and private environment! Im already trying to decide what I will get next! Elizabeth just did my first tattoo and she was really sweet. Before she even sat me in the chair she explained what was going to happen before she had me sit in the chair.
