We ordered an inspection from another HVAC company, after a late report we were given a lot of misinformation. John came the very next day after speaking with our realtor and did the right thing.

John with Advanced Thermal Solutions upgraded our HVAC system and corrected some issues from previous company... Was very fair and provided the best system Trane provides...I have also had to use him to get a 2nd opinion when my buyers chosen inspector lied about the condition of an 8 year old system..... John provided pics where the other guy hadn't and other guy is well known for trying to sell systems to unsuspecting home owners... Should always get a 2nd opinion, unless you use Advanced Thermal Solutions.... Honesty, Integrity, and Professionalism..... I recommend John to everyone!
