Incredibly nice gym for a small town. 2 cable towers, dumbells up to 110#, 2 racks, 8+ nice cardio machines.

My home gym is a pro gym in SLC and Expedition was a great substitute while on the road.

Doesn't have a ton of plate loaded or cable machines but a good amount of free weights with accessories.

No showers, didn't see a drinking fountain, does have a water station but I didn't have a water bottle.

Needs music or bring your own headphones.

Would for sure recommend.

Really happy with this gym. It has a decent collection of machines, weights and misc workout equipment. It's a clean environment with towels and cleaner provided. They provide opens spaces and TVs. Paying yearly prices beats the Monthly price, especially for couples or families. The equipment is well taken care of and in good shape. They offer classes and rock climbing as a bonus perk to a personal workout schedule.
