Let’s start with my apt was at 10:30 am and they didn’t start my apt until 10:45 and then I found out there was still one person a head of me not including the person with the doctor. When I said something they gal starting my exam stated “that just happens sometimes”. So it’s supposed to be okay for a doctor to run 45 mins to an hour behind? We walked out. I will not be expected to accept that kind of practice. 15 mins sure, things happen but nearly an hour with no discussion? Nope. We drove two hours for our apts. the hole experience was disrespectful.

My wife made an appointment for me to go in before Christmas. I saw Dr Robert. He was very down to earth and made recommendations on what I should get looked at considering I have diabetes. I did not feel pressured to buy anything or get unnecessary things done. I would highly recommend. The other staff helped me pick out glasses that fit my needs. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. I feel like I found a true place that cares about me. That is very hard to find these days.

Wouldn't even fix glasses without a written prescription. Saw my brother's broken glasses and claimed they were fine. Rude and unhelpful, didn't seem to want us to make an appointment even.
