Seek yoga studio is a beautiful gift to the Laramie community and the entire region. I had the opportunity to complete YTT here and it was an incredible, transformative experience. Absolutely love Seek and the beautiful souls that work at the studio! The space is so inviting, the wood floors and all the plants…..such a treat while living in the high dessert vibes! Audrey and her staff are a delight, with a large variety of high quality classes. My favorite, the yin and restorative, provide comfort to the soul and support the body while inspiring growth and transformation! LOVE this studio, so grateful to have the opportunity to practice with the incredible Seek Yoga community!

I had the recent opportunity to teach and take some classes at this fabulous yoga studio full of good vibes and accessibility. I can't recommend Audrey and her team enough for your health and connection to self and spirit through skillfully taught yoga. what a fantastic community! laramie is so lucky to have such a gem!
