I love Seek Yoga Studio! Audrey and her staff have created such a warm and welcoming place for anyone who walks through the door. We are so fortunate to have such a beautiful studio to practice yoga. The Studio is constantly expanding their offerings beyond yoga as well. In addition to the instructors, I have met some wonderful people who I otherwise would probably never have known. As Audrey says, and her studio and philosophy embody, yoga is not about getting better at yoga it is about getting better at life. My life has truly been enriched thanks to Seek.
Audrey is the best, I went down to the Seek Yoga studio in the dumps and heart was feeling weight of it, as my heart hurt from bad energy. When I left after my session with Audery my heart was at piece and didn't hurt anymore. And the she helps me breathe better and move better and it is wonderful. She is a wonderful and beautiful spirit. Come check all she has to offer.
