Was not aware I had to provide professional carpet cleaning prior to moving out of my rental until 2 days prior I was suppose to be out, they were able to schedule me the following day. Doug and Kohlton were professional, kind, more than considerate of my cat being inside along with extremely supportive and helpful. Carpets look amazing, smelled good, affordable, and did a pet treatment. 100000/ 10 would recommend

He responded quickly to my emergency, talked to me about my options, and implemented an effective plan to restore my carpet after a flood. He was also available for questions throughout the process. He also cleaned the upstairs carpets, and made my old carpet look so much better. I highly recommend Maximum Carpet and Restoration!
