Laramie Valley Contracting, aka Laramie Valley Roofing did excellent work for my roof. They were easy to work with for the estimate, they were dependable, did excellent, quality workmanship, were communicative, and I feel went beyond in any problem solving and solutions. They did not start the job, then move to another to keep work going as some do, and their dates were fast. The office staff is especially dependable, detailed, and efficient. The workers were excellent, pleasant, courteous, and were not slackers as with some roofers. They cleaned up well. We are seniors on a fixed income and we live in a humble abode a good distance from Laramie. Arsenio came out within 3 hours of my phone call to measure and physically inspect my house roof, on a cold and very windy day in the early spring. That same afternoon he sent us a bid, in writing, and treated us with total respect and courtesy. He acted like our job was a great big one that really mattered. He kept all his promises, worked with us, and we have a beautiful new roof installed up to code. His crew was fast, efficient, and performed excellent workmanship. On a scale of 1-10, this company is a 10. First time I met Arsenio, he came to my property at 8 at night, and we got a contract that night. He had samples on him, and we are very happy! If anyone needs a great contractor, call him! Beautiful job, everything we wanted was done. Very respectful, kind and professional people. It’s been a wonderful experience. Bid was perfect, really won us over.
