The gem of HOPE.My husband and I recently had the pleasure of visiting Jackson Hole. While we were there we stopped into Pearl by Shari. I had seen information about Shari and her company in a magazine and was telling my husband that when it came time to purchase a pearl set, I wanted to do so through this company. It was chance that we stumbled upon the shop and then had the pleasure of speaking with Shari directly. She and her staff spent so much time educating us and offering us multiple options to choose from. I saw a beautiful Pearl necklace when anniversary shopping for my wife on a different website. I looked at the maker and it said Pearls by Shari. I live in Southern California. So I checked out their website. It was very easy to use. I changed my mind and wanted south sea Pearl studs instead. However the 9mm ones were out of sock online. The next ones were larger and almost twice the price due to quality and size. So I called them and asked them when do the 9mm ones come back in stock. The person passed the phone the SHARI HERSELF!!!! She was AMAZING!!!! She was able to find the studs I wanted and got them to me promptly. I am totally ignorant of jewelry and she could of gotten me to spend twice what I did. She asked me questions about my wife and she recommended the smaller less expensive south sea Pearl studs. They were at my door in a couple days. Shari was warm, helpful, and very knowledgeable. She was attentive to my questions as well. She definitely earned a repeat customer and btw my wife was very happy with the studs. She now is telling others as well as I about Pearls by Shari.

I have been to both the park city Utah store and several times in Jackson WY store also. I have almost every Teton bracelet and love them all. I have been looking for a classic white pearl necklace but have always been hesitant to purchase from others. I knew when I did buy it would be from Shari. I purchased a beautiful 9-9.5 mm white Akoya pearl necklace yesterday with matching earrings. Absolutely beautiful and worth my wait. Shari and Braden were wonderful and I loved visiting with them. Came back in today to try it on to be sure of length and purchased the Teton black leather with beautiful south sea golden pearl I have wanted for awhile.
