I had to come on here and share how incredible my experience was with Element Plumbing, Heating & Air. When my AC went out, they were the only company willing to come out the same day without waiting until the end of the day or charging outrageous after-hours fees. They arrived within just a couple of hours and were so kind and professional from the moment they showed up. I was honestly a little embarrassed explaining my financial situation, but they were more than kind — they made me feel respected and never once judged me. I hadn’t asked for any help, but they immediately offered to loan me a portable AC unit so my family wouldn’t be stuck in the heat. That gesture alone meant the world to me. They stayed in contact with me and after I told them I still couldn’t afford to move forward, I woke up to a message from them offering to replace the part and complete the repair for free. No pressure. No guilt. Just genuine care and a desire to help someone in a tough spot. I honestly don’t have the words — Element went so far above and beyond for me, and I’ll never forget their kindness. If you ever need plumbing, heating, or AC work done, this is the company to call!
Element plumbing is an amazing buisness, they came and helped out removing our toilet when we were in need. My son got a toilet brush stuck in there and the stick broke off. I called them and they were instantly willing to help because they knew this was our only bathroom Roy instantly came out and offered to help he is very generous and great at his job. They are an amazing buisness and amazing people I would definitely recommend them! I would definitely call them again if we have issues.
