******ok I amended this to reflect that these folks made it right. I got a call from the manager the next morning, apologizing for what happened, and he went truly above and beyond in order to remedy the situation. The way he handled it defines Blue Spruce as a great business and asset to our community. I look forward to remaining a happy customer for decades to come!
